Red Sonja Sells Out (Posted 2/22/2006)

Dynamite Entertainment announced today the fantastic four sell-outs from the world of Red Sonja!

“As we’ve been catching up on the release schedule, we’ve been shipping quite a few Red Sonja comics over the last month,” commented Dynamite Spokesperson J. Allen. “So it’s especially gratifying that our last four releases have all sold-out from us as we get back on track! While we have sold out, there may be a few copies left at the distributor level! We would like to thank the fans and the retailers for their continued support, and in helping issue #4 reaching the #39 spot in Diamond’s top 100 list.”

The sell-outs include: RED SONJA #5, #6, RED SONJA: SONJA GOES EAST ONE-SHOT and the opening issue of the first Sonja mini-series event RED SONJA VS. THULSA DOOM #1!

Dynamite has no plans to go back to press at this time

No Nightcrawler in X3! (Posted 2/1/2006)

Alan Cumming’’s website has just announced that he will not be returning as Nightcrawler in 20th Century Fox’s X-Men 3:

EX X MAN! Alan will not be appearing in X3. Fox has not picked up his option to play Nightcrawler for a second movie. The third installment starts filming in August for a May 26, 2006 release date. The rest of the original returning stars are expected to return, and the cast is bolstered by Kelsey Grammer as Beast and Vinnie Jones as Juggernaut.

All is not lost however - you can still buy X-Men 2 and get your Kurt fix anytime.
